Now they did this 6 times with no break. That's a hard ass set. By the end I think Sophie and Lindsay were going faster than in the beginning.
If that set isn't really hard, then you aren't fast enough to make it work.
By the Lindsay went 24.4, NOT in a blue seventy today and 1:08.5 in the breast.
Anna was 1:55 and 52.6 again not in a blue seventy.
Sure, its the suits. Keep telling yourself that guys. It will help you sleep at night before the big meets over the next month.
