Breeze and I are in NYC for my friend Dave Cohen's wedding. Cannot believe he is taking that plunge but Dia is a wonderful person and they are great together. It was a little hectic to get here though. Breeze is staying in DC for a week afterwords and had to make all the bars that were in demand before she left. Her company Breeze Bar, is taking off like crazy and it has been tough to keep up with demand.

Anyway, New York is great to be in for a day or so. Nothing like good Italian food and people yelling. Ahhhhh, feels like home. I just don't know how any person here is an athlete. We found a decent run down here, but its like the only one. How could you do that everyday. Got to take my hat off to Triathletes here. that's dedication, its easy to ride when the mountains are just to you left, but here. You guys are committed.
