2000 warmup

2 x 100 kick 2:00
2 x 75 kick #1 build 1:30
2 x 25 kick #1 fast :40
10 x 50 All out kick 2:00.
200 easy

2 x 100 swim 1;45 long and lovely
2 x 75 #1 build 1:30
2 x 25 #1 fast :45
10 x 50 first 6 pace, next 4 all out.

This was short course meters. Matt Sherrier started at 28's went to 27's for #7 and 8 and then went to 26's on the last two. Ben was awesome, katherine Uhlir had a great day and all of the backstrokers were spot on.
