Cross Racing and back to training

I got back from New York on Tuesday of this week and went right from the airport to the pool. From there the week has been a blur of training for me and really winding the RACE kids back up.

It's three weeks to the first meet, but that is not really the point. The point is that the season is in full swing. Technique work is on going, but it is time to see what these guys got. Unfortunately Porky and the swim flu won't leave us alone. Hopefully, it will run through the team quickly and we can get on with it.

The triathletes are back in tomorrow as well. At least Cam and Breeze will be. I cannot speak for Kristen and Lance though. It seems Jim may be moving on from my coaching. But 2010 starts anew. The Without Limits team has gone by the wayside. Cam and Kristen are working on some things for them and Breeze is hammering away at the Breeze Bar empire. www.breebars.com

As for me, I am back on the cross bike racing and so is Breeze. She was ninth in the 4's yesterday and I was 14th in the 35+ opens. Back to training with Neal Henderson and he is getting me back in shape and ready to race. Luckily, its a long season.
