Cam is off in Gold Coast, Australia at Worlds. His goal is to ride someone onto the podium for the US. He has some options and there are a few scenarios in which to achieve this, so we will see how it goes.
Kristen Peterson is off to the Pac Grove race this weekend. She races on Saturday and based on what I saw in the pool yesterday, she hasn't skipped a beat. I think this one is going to go well.
Breeze Bars will be at the Harvest moon half this weekend in Aurora on Saturday. We will coach some swimming, do a little yoga and then head down to the expo to hand out the bars. www.breezebars.com is the website to make orders.
Hopefully on Sunday I am off to Velo cross in Boulder. The course is in and out of the Velodrome over on pearl. that oughta be interesting. Still on the old bike, still not on a team, we will see how it goes. Been real sick this week and today will be the first ride in a week over an hour. Hopefully, there will be something in the tank.
