Legs Feed the Wolf

That has been my mantra for RallySport Aquatics for over 14 months. Kick, kick and more kick.

1,500 a day. Fast kick, slow kick, sprint kick, underwater kick. You name it. Yesterday we had a good one. 20 x 50 kick all out on 1:30, get your average. I got to tell you, it was as good of a set as we have had. The team was working, talking, pushing each other and supporting. Nothing like some sprinting to get your squad fired up. You name the sport...it works.
