Back to work

Well, back in Boulder and back to the deck. I was hoping to get back to training as well, but we'll have to see about that. The folks are in town until Sunday and will always choose to hang with them over training....sorry Neal

Sat on the trainer today for 45 min. It was all I could cram in after a very late night last night getting home from the golf outing in Arizona. Life will go on. The trainer will be the norm for all of us through Sunday it looks like with 12-20 inches of snow expected. Seemingly everytime I look at the forecast, we are going to get more. I think the ACA is going nuts after having to postpone their third road bike race of the season. We at RallySport Aquatics keep rolling on through the snow. FUn workout at the outdoor pool today. 39 and rain. Love my job!!!!!!

Main set
1 x 300 on 4 min for the triathletes and Ben and 4;15 for MIchaela, Gretch and Heather
Ben and Cam hold under 3:15, Jim and Kristen under 3:25, the girls hold under 3;30
3 x 100 1;30 descend to 90% + Cam was going to 58 and so was Ben
1 x 300 as above
8 x 50 pace on 50
200 easy
repeat.

Not a bad little go today. they were on it too. No stopping them for now. The Without Limits train is on hold this weekend though. No Haystack TT due to the snow. We will have to see if RallySport gets to swim at the Foothills meet. My guess is we will have a group of no shows with the weather. i will let you know how it goes.
