Good Workouts Today

Two solid workouts today for the swimmers.

Mid distance and backstokers
main set
1 x 200 race last 25, 50, 75, 100 3:00
6 x 50 odds smooth, evens pace, pace, fast :50
4 x 25, ez, perfect, overkick , fast :40
4 times through. Boys were holding 26's for free and 28's for back. Jake and Matt M were awesome
Girls were 28.0 on free and 30. 1nd 31 on the back
Sophie, Siobhan, Melissa, Anna, tara and Ailey were awesome.

4 x 50 pace :50
8 x 100 Descend 1:20 Cam 58 and ben 1:00
4 x 50 Pace :50
2 x 400 Descend 5:40
4 x 50 pace :50

Nice work guys and gals, that's a tough workout.
