Chutes and paddles

How to build power without the right tools.

We've got triathletes of all different swim levels and backgrounds on Without Limits. But the thing they all need is more power behind their technique. The absolute best thing for this is a power tower. It provides consistent resistance through 25 meters. We don't have one. There really expensive. So I got creative.

2-3K warmup
1 x 100 with a parachute and paddles. 90% effort with perfect form and maximum distance per stroke.
100 easy
1 x 200 same as above
100 easy
1x 300 as above
100 easy

I thought it went well.
