Couple of "Fun" workouts

RACE Distance today including Cam, Kristen Long Course

3 x 400 6:00 pull with paddles hold under 2:40
2 x 200 #2 broken by 10 seconds and fast....
3 x 300 4:30 with paddles no buoy
2 x 150 #2 broken and fast
3 x 200 3:00 choice
2 x 100 #2 broken and fast

Hats off to Eric, workout of the year. As I say....great workouts are not a fluke, generally your bad ones are.


Sprinters tonight...
4 x 100 50 with chute, 50 without
4 x 25 all out 1:00
twice

1 x 50 25 easyt/25 fast with ankle weights or shoes.
1 min jump rope leave on the weights. 1 minute stretch cordz
1 x 50 moderate with weights or shoes.
1 x 25 all out without weights or shoes.
4 times. twice kick , twice swim..
