Season review

A little season review for RACE.

What a great short course season it was. We can mark this winter as a season of growth. We will be entering the LC season with over 80 swimmers and 10+ new swimmers. Something is going right.

A quick look at the rallySport Aquatics all time top ten list sees 2 or more new entrants in nearly every event from this short course season. RACE has been around for 10 years and with a great deal of success in the past, cracking that list has never been easy.

In the age group ranks, great young swimmers like Ozzie Davis, JP Phillips, Seasna Harker and newcomer Quinn Adams made quite the splash this season. Ozzie set numerous team records while all of them made major dents on the RACE all time top ten in their age groups as well as showing strong performences at State.

The senior team showed its usually strength at Sectionals with the ladies finishing 8th overall and the team taking 11th place at the meet. Not to mention RACE upped its number of Junior National qualifiers to 4 with Eric Fischer joining Rin, Siobhan and Anna. Siobhan and Anna both made winter seniors at Sectionals.
