Choking in Sports

It's interesting as a coach of kids because there seems to be this rule (self imposed) that declares that I shouldn't call out swimmers when they choke. It is a fine line I know, trying not to damage self esteem but at the same time trying to show them where they can do better the next time.

This is a great article by Malcom Gladwell (author of Blink and Tipping Point) on wh we fail and how failures are different. It certainly chaged how I saw it.
