what a weekend

Man, what a weekend. Racing, racing and more racing.

First we will talk about the meet. Without Limits Racing and RallySport Aquatics both were off at the Loveland Fall Open this weekend and great swims abounded.
Without Limits Racing: Kristen was on it this weekend 5;24 500 free, 18:59 in the mile and 1:59 200 free. Pretty damn good for someone training 20 hours a week out of the water.
Lance was darn good himself. 5:24 500 and the day after a cross race he was 19:00 in the mile.

RallySport Aquatics was awesome for a team that is in the middle of its hardest bit of training. Janaye Monica was 1:07.5 100 breast and 2;28 in the 200 and went 2;20 in the 200 IM . Nice work. Matt Bisping conitunued the charge of breastroke by going 1:03 and 2:20. Anna Labozan was the eye opener this weekend though. She dropped over 2 seconds in the 100 back to go 59.06 in the 100 back and over 3 seconds to go 1:57.7 in the 200 free...in a poly suit!
