Mondays are an easier day for our training. Easy hour ride and a morning swim. To me and Neal the swim can be a bit challenging as long as the speed isn't the focus. Let the legs recover a bit.
Main set this morning
1 x 500 pull with paddles long
4 x 125 1:50 d 1-4
1 x 300 pull with paddles
4 x 75 descend 1-4 1:15
1 x 200 pull with paddles
4 x 50 descend 1:00
hitting pace and then getting the stroke back. Pace works. We throw some legs int here but not a lot. Easy hour on the bike, I get to do it as my commute, and we are back at it tomorrow.
Boys High School State meet this weekend, Cam to Memphis, Kristen to OK City and Jim to Little Foot. Also, the Without Limits Productions Summer race series kicks off on Sunday with the Summer Open in Longmont. If you not signed up, head out there. I am off to NYC with Breeze for a wedding.
