We did the track workout Tuesday....4 x ENCAR at 100-110% of LT on Wednesday...2:30 hour ride with Mara on Thursday....
Friday
Just for good measure we went 2 x 2 mile repeats on 5:00 rest. Supposed to be 10K pace +:20 per mile, so I was 12:40 on the first. A little quick. Managed to get a better place on the second and went 13:00. Easy hour with Cam on the bike and a little swim in the evening.
Saturday
2:30 on the bike with the middle hour at about 250 watts for me. Solid and then a 10 min run off the bike. After yoga and a 1K swim in the morning I am a bit toasty.
Tomorrow we have 1:15 run and an easy ride (optional). That is a solid week huh?
