Fun Friday night workout

It has been a tough week for the guys at RallySport Aquatics and Without Limits. A lot of distance Monday morning, tough 4K of kicking Tuesday night. Tons of speed Wed morning and for the D lane Thursday night over 7K.

So I was thinking Friday night we needed something different....so stations it is.
Station #1 400 pull with paddles.
Station #2 50 rotational touches with the med ball and 100 jump ropes...3 times
Station #3 4 x 125 hold best average on 2:00
Station #4 Fast start with breakout, 10 streamline jumps, fast turn, easy 121/2 4 times

We did all of this twice....it left a mark.
