Today's Workouts

Wed morning swim for the guys was speed work.
main set
1 x 100 perfect
1 x 50 max dps
4 x 50 FAST :50
1 x 100 perfect
1 x 50 max DPS
2 x 75 FAST 1:15
1 x 100 perfect
1 x 50 max
8 x 25 Fast

tough set if you do it right. Really tough on the legs. We were at the track yesterday. Then we met up at BSCM for our weekly Neal punishment, but he had to send us outside. So the workout became 4 x ENCAR climbs at 100-110% of LT. That's about 10 minutes of climbing for each interval.

Tough day, tired legs. The crew was solid in the water and great on the bike. I have the fresh legs because all I did was stand on deck all morning. I know it guys, trust me I know it.
