Wildflower Swims

I am the swim coach after all, so I thought I would update you all on Jimmy and Kristen's swims out at Wildflower.

I was very happy with both of their progress. Let's start with Jim. this is a guy that when i met him 9 years ago was nicknamed the rock for a reason. He was the last pro out of the water, male or female, at Xterras. that is saying something. He was out of the water at Wildflower only 2 minutes back and with many of the folks he needs to swim with. Considering that is a 10-15 minute improvement on his swim over the years, I think we are doing alright.

Kristen was out second. Not bad, but she is a swimmer, right. Well, she was a sprinter. Bit of a change over that to triathlon. i think we've done really well in 6 months. Out 2nd with some of the best swimmers in the world is pretty darn good.

Way to go guys, those 5 am's are helping.
