It Does Not Take Much

Time or energy to really make someone feel good about their role in your life. A thank you or an ata boy goes a long way.

These days I feel we spend the majority of our time pushing our employees, our athletes, our coaches and our friends and family for the things we need. There isn't anything wrong with that, but I cannot tel you what it means to hear something back. Its easy to do, but we tend to forget, or take it for granted.

I know Thanksgiving is over, but take a minute and tell the people in your life how important they are to you. It means the world. No elaborate gifts are needed or a big show.

Following my own advice and Cam Dye's lead, thank you to my beautiful girlfriend Breeze Brown, to my family, to my friends, thank you. To the people at RallySport who have given me the opportunity to build a team and a dream at their pool. Denny and Erin and all the swimmers and parents who have been a part of RallySport Aquatics, I think you.
