Life is hard. No matter how much you love what you do, love the people around you and love life, it's hard. Its stressful, busy, hectic and sometimes just tough. We tend to think about those parts of life all the time.
But you know what. So what? Its hard. Its harder if you obsess about it. This Thanksgiving was busy for me. Up at 5 am to the pool, practice until 8, rush to a ride with Allen, fight with the boss; there is always something. However, I love my girlfriend, I love the town of Boulder. I get to coach swimming ride and fight with my boss. There is always good stuff going on. Let's focus on that.
That's what I've learned. It is easy to be thankful on Thanksgiving. But it really ain't that hard to be thankful everyday. just take a minute to do so.
