I am happy to announce that I am now part of Apex Coaching. Apex Coaching is a leader in endurance sports training led by Boulder Center for Sports Medicine's own Neal Henderson.
Neal and I go back more than a decade as competitors, friends, training partners and as coach and athlete. For the past 3 years Neal has coached me and I have learned that has enhanced my existing knowledge. By joining Apex, I can bring my swim coaching knowledge to the table and Neal and I are able to combine our efforts with fine athletes like Cameron Dye, Flora Duffy and Allen Gardner. Also, look for the BCSM/Breeze Bars U-25 Professional Triathlon Team making its debut next season. Led by Olympian Flora Duffy and Allen Gardner, this team hopes to make a splash in the professional triathlon ranks while helping young athletes develop their talent and their opportunities.
